- Describe anatomy, indications and contraindications to interventional pain management procedures.
- Recall procedures used for the treatment of low back pain.
- Recognize possible complications of common interventional pain management procedures.

Dr. Luong is an Interventional Pain Physician with the Womack Army Hospital, Fort Bragg, NC. She currently serves in the US Army and has achieved the rank of Major. She received her medical degree from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed a fellowship in Interventional Pain Medicine at the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland. Her board certifications include the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Pain Medicine Board.
