Andrea Fredi

Andrea Fredi (1974), coach, trainer and researcher in the Italian panorama of modern Energy Techniques, contributes to the dissemination of awareness and self-help methods, among which the best known is certainly EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques). Together with Dr. Vincenzo Di Spazio he is co-founder of the AGER method, and manages the website www.eft-italia.it, a reference point for EFT in Italian.

Since 2011 he has been a Provocative Energy Technique operator certified by the creators of the method, Dr. David Lake and Steve Wells. In 2017 he developed a new method, TAI (Inner Alchemy Techniques) which, through the conscious rebalancing of energies, facilitates the expansion of awareness and an increase in well-being.

Andrea lives in Italy and holds conferences and seminars in various countries. His experiential path is called The Inner Path ( www.sentierointeriore.com ), consisting of four energy techniques selected from the most effective currently available. 

Nicoletta Todesco

Nicoletta Todesco , graduated in psychology, obtained the diploma in NLP Neuro Linguistic Programming issued by Dr. Richard Bandler. Since 1995 he has been involved in training, business consulting, human resources development, life and business coaching. He is also a trainer of rapid learning courses, quick reading, NLP, motivation, self-esteem, public speaking and many others. He has perfected developing the strategies of the enneagram, training in the field of hypnotic relationship communication and is among the very few Certified Hipnotherapists. He enriched his training, which began in 1987, by attending courses held personally by Anthony Robbins, Robert Dilts, Roy Martina, Alejandro Jodorowsky, Bert Hellinger.
