Tony Ambler-Wright, MS, is a master instructor for the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He presents nationally on the NASM optimum-performance training model and trains clients ranging from people with postrehabilitation needs to the professional athlete. Tony specializes in corrective exercise and integrated fitness and performance programming. He holds a master s degree in exercise science with an emphasis in rehabilitation sciences from the California University of Pennsylvania.
