Gymnastics has been defined as a sport involving the performance of movement sequences requiring physical strength, flexibility, balance, agility and kinesthetic awareness. This fun-filled, action-packed workout is designed to be gymnastic-centered including all the above, plus plyometric exercises. The aim is to increase stability, coordination, balance, strength and flexibility in a user-friendly and progressive manner.
