Juana McAdoo, Senior Resource Advocate for over 15 years, has managed several Assisted Living Businesses and

Home Healthcare Agencies, including Adult Day Programs.

Juana has developed approved courses for Assisted Living and Residential Care Agencies All Courses are approved by

the Office of Healthcare Quality. Juana truly understands what is involved in the startup process and the strategies for successful ownership and management. Juana has written an 80 Hour Assisted Living Managers Course and a 300 page workbook that is approved by the State of Maryland. Ascend Healthcare Institute is an approved training vendor for Assisted Living Managers and staff Maryland, District of Columbia, and Virginia. Juana has developed over 20 on-line trainings for Assisted Living Managers and staff. Yes, she and her team have assisted hundreds to licensure and developed plan of corrections for RSA and AL.

With 4 educational locations in Maryland and Washington, DC, Juana and her team train and coach hundreds of business owners a year. Over 100 clients are now managing successful businesses in Assisted Living and the Home Healthcare industry. From Business Plans to Policies and Procedures, her team offers unique consultation to assist your business. She is writing a workbook for business owners in Assisted Living and the Home Health Industry. She currently teaches at prince Georges Community College and participates on the board of Directors for several Home Health and Assisted Living Companies.
