The Heart of Empathy is designed as an illuminating space for empaths and highly sensitives to more fully explore and understand their relationship with empathy and to discover new strategies for thriving as an empath.

As an empath who has learned a great deal about managing my gift through my background as a psychologist and intuitive guide, I wanted to shine a brighter light on the path of the empath and support others on their journeys. The gift of empathy can be a gorgeous thing, but it can also be filled with challenges due to our heightened emotional sensitivity! However, if we know how to navigate those challenges we will begin to find liberation and joy in our gift. So, this course aims to help shine a light and engender new freedom by helping you:

• Feel empowered to fully own your gifts of empathy
• Learn the difference between being a space holder vs. a space cleaner
• Understand the importance of honoring your own pace and process
• Explore the purpose of empaths in the world at this time
• Feel empowered to say ‘no’ to others and ‘yes’ to yourself

• Better understand the energetic exchange between narcissists and empaths
• Better understand why empaths are often drawn into toxic relationships
• Discover new tools for releasing energy that doesn’t belong to you
• Step into a fuller grace space for yourself and for your gifts
• Find healing for the empath wound and unlock a deeper level of self-forgiveness
• Discover new ideas for nourishing, cultivating, and caring for your gorgeous empathic heart

Similar to a creative online workbook, this course is self-study and self-paced. Materials will be available to you always and consist of 3 main sections with 5 individual components to help fully explore the theme of each section. Contents include teaching videos, written reflections, journaling questions, creative prompts, and healing activities- all have been tended with healing energy and heart care.

Being an empath can be amazing when we learn to own our emotions and our gifts so they don’t own us. The Heart of Empathy invites you to learn to do just that by facilitating a deeper awareness of your self, your relationship with others, your unique process, and your gift of empathy.
